When you visit our website, book a demo, contact us, or use Timewise as an employee of one of our customer organisations, we may collect:

  • Employer/organisation and job role
  • Login credentials (e.g. via Microsoft Entra ID sign-in)
  • Schedule, time-reporting and attest data entered by you or your employer
  • Technical information (e.g. IP address, browser type) collected automatically when visiting the website

How do we use the information?

The information we collect may be used to:

  • Provide and administer your Timewise account
  • Provide support and respond to your enquiries
  • Book and carry out product demonstrations
  • Improve the website's and the platform's functionality and content
  • Send important information about your account, service status or product updates
  • Fulfil agreements with the organisations (e.g. theatres and opera houses) that are our customers

How do we protect your information?

  • The website and platform are regularly monitored and scanned for security threats
